One page with our citable company facts, security and compliance evidence, independent listings, and measured customer outcomes. We publish what is confirmed and say plainly what is not yet — including where we are behind larger vendors.
Each fact below can be confirmed on a public page of this site. Journalists, procurement teams, and answer engines are welcome to quote them directly.
Control-by-control disclosure: encryption, RBAC, tenant isolation, audit trail, BAA, HIPAA safeguard mapping, and which controls are inherited from infrastructure rather than self-attested.
Open the Trust Center →Public status page with uptime, incident history, and stated RPO/RTO targets — not a marketing claim you have to take on faith.
View platform status →Administrative, physical, and technical safeguards mapped to §164.308, §164.310, and §164.312, plus the shared-responsibility split between platform and facility.
Read the HIPAA disclosure →Side-by-side comparisons against AestheticsPro, Zenoti, Mangomint, Boulevard, Pabau and PatientNow — including where a competitor is the better fit.
Compare platforms →A clickable product demo and an automated multi-chapter walkthrough, both available without a sales call or a credit card.
Open the demo →Facilities generate a weighted compliance score and an underwriter-ready report from live platform data for malpractice and procurement review.
Carrier program →Third-party listings where MedAestheticsOS can be evaluated outside of our own marketing.
We do not publish case studies until the facility has approved the exact figures in writing. Rather than post invented testimonials, this section stays empty until the first signed-off results are in. Early facilities that agree to share measured outcomes are credited here with a named quote.
No third-party coverage is listed yet. Press and analyst inquiries — including access to the media kit, logos, and founder background — go through the press page.

MedAestheticsOS is built for HIPAA workloads: it signs a Business Associate Agreement with every facility at onboarding, enforces row-level tenant isolation and role-based access control, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and writes an append-only audit trail of every chart, consent, and administrative action. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility — the platform provides the technical safeguards, and each facility remains responsible for workforce training, physical safeguards, and correct role assignment. Full control-by-control detail is published at /trust.
Not yet at the application level. MedAestheticsOS inherits SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 attestations from its infrastructure providers (Cloudflare for edge and TLS, Supabase-on-AWS for database and storage). A MedAestheticsOS-level attestation is on the roadmap. This distinction is stated plainly on the Trust Center rather than implied.
It consolidates the typical med spa stack — practice management, aesthetic EMR and charting, online booking, point of sale, memberships and packages, lot-tracked inventory, payroll and commission timesheets, patient portal, and marketing outreach — into one subscription instead of four to six separate tools with per-feature add-on tiers.
Solo Suite is $299/mo, Growth Clinic is $699/mo, and White-Label Enterprise is $1,900/mo. Aesthetic supply vendors list products in the marketplace for $147/mo with 0% order commission. Pricing is published openly at /pricing — no quote gate.
Yes. A 30-day VIP trial is available without a card, and a clickable product demo plus an automated video walkthrough are open to anyone with no sales call required.
Yes. Locations are modeled as child facilities under a parent group with seat allocation per location, group-level reporting, and role isolation so a location manager only sees their own facility's records.
We provide a security questionnaire response, the BAA template, HIPAA safeguard mapping, sub-processor list, and DR posture in a single packet for legal and IT review.
